We’ll charge your account when accounts are added at the end of the billing period – and only bill you for the part of the billing period that was used.
For example:
If a new user is added 10 days into the billing period, there would be 20 days remaining in the month.
The prorated subscription cost is calculated by dividing the cost of that member ($10) by the number of days in the month (30) and multiplying it by the number of days remaining (20), which gives us the prorated subscription cost for the remainder of that billing period: $6.66.
The total pro-rata amount will be billed with the next billing cycle as a balance brought forward.
